Carlus is amazing! Created different appliance package to accommodate almost all price point. He was even to create an appliance package that can compete with most packages you can get a Lowe’s. The whole team is amazing and look forward to continue working with them… thanks for adding sparkling water to the offerings

FBS Appliance has demonstrably superior Customer Service! I had made an unfortunate mistake and ordered a gas dryer in an LG tower when I don’t have a gas supply. (Yes, my wife was justified in her humorous criticism of my technical prowess!) Roland Mitchell, my sales representative saved me from a serious $500 restocking charge and found me an Electrolux tower with an ELECTRIC dryer that I could simply swap out. That “above the call of duty” service has won FBS a life-long customer in my wife and me! Two months later: we unboxed our dishwasher and found the front panel dented…see photos. One quick call to Roland and the replacement was scheduled. As soon as the repair product was shipped to Houston, the replacement was installed. Again, thank you FBS 👏😊 An additional couple of challenges

Carlus Cormier was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right kitchen appliances at a good price for our kitchen remodel. The KitchenAid cooktop had a defective burner when it was installed. Three repair attempts did not fix the problem. After explaining this to Carlus, he went to bat for us with Whirlpool and was successful in getting us a new cooktop replacement. We are really happy with the final outcome and love our new appliances.
