FC General Construction is an ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER. Francisco and his team genuinely are great people and even better at their respective craft. I originally hired a different company that put us through hell and back. A 4 month project took over 10 months with the original company I chose. Thus not only costing me money but tons of non-needed stress. Francisco and his team, were able to identify problems that the previous contractor caused. Also we were able to completely finish my project within 45 days. I wish I would have gone with Francisco from the start, his pricing is extremely competitive and he walks you through and communicates everything he is doing or will do. We have used Francisco and his company for multiple homes and have referred him to all our family and friends. Francisco always ensures the work is done right and proactively fixes any issues he finds. His pricing is very fair and usually below competitive estimates, but his work is superior. We have remodeled entire homes, redone kitchens, roofing, flooring, bathrooms, you name it, we will always use Francisco. We always know we can count on great work, and a great price. 7 or 8 of our friends and family have used his company as well and they have all been ecstatic about the results!

Francisco, is AMAZING! He is an expert in back yard renovations. He save me a lot of money by knowing it all, gas line to the BBQ to electrical to leveling the pavers and the system that is used to have a great finish. Here are some pictures. Stay tuned for the finish of the project.

We did a 2 full bathroom remodel replacing a fiberglass tub for tiled shower, partition wall tear down and restructure, and multiple rooms of paint. They also installed fans, hallway lighting, and vented out the bathroom fans. Everything was completed as proposed. They took care of procuring materials. Any concerns or modifications were handled with care. I would recommend them for any size project. I believe they are reasonably priced for the quality work they do. I intend on using them again for my kitchen remodel next.
