FCA Floor Covering Associates of Merrillville

Once again a great experience at FCA. Bill was very helpful as was Josette the last time we were in. We have used FCA floor treatments several times, vinyl flooring in the kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms, ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. This picture is the vinyl flooring in our sunroom that Josette helped us select.

Jorge and his flooring team were awesome! They were on time, polite & very professional. Jorge said to call him if I had any issues. There were a couple things that needed to be taken care of & Jorge was here in a day to take care of it. The carpet installers were amazing! They carpeted, moved furniture, put it back all within 4-5 hours. I was impressed. Josette was a gem on getting me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend FCA to anyone for all their flooring needs!

Josette helped me pick the perfect shower tile and backsplash and area rugs for my home renovation. She was so helpful and patient and kind. Everything turned out great.

After comparing three different companies in the area, FCA provided the best quality, lowest estimate on our 870 sq ft family room.They provided solutions to our particular needs ( fireplace, cathedral stairs, matching trim). Their own installation team could not have been better in efficiency and expertise, working with me on all my concerns. Highly recommend. Would use them again, but the floor will last much longer than I will !

Everyone was from the initial sale to the final installation were professional and very prompt. The pricing and quality were great and much appreciated. A great job all around.
