Talk about beyond top notch service from Jeff at FCI!! Not only did they custom build all of our kitchen cabinets, but when the granite was installed that we picked, it completely clashed with our gorgeous cabinets. Jeff came out the next day with his finisher to come up with a solution for us. He's met every single deadline he gave us, and made this a truly personalized, wonderful experience. He's told us multiple times that he won't stop until we are completely satisfied. So if you are looking for a new kitchen, bathroom, built-ins, or anything wood related....this is who you want to call and do business with. He covers the entire tri-state area and more!

FCI has a great product, where they fail is service. Our experience was a delayed install by over a week from when was promised, and an unfinished job, despite paying in full. We where left with a vanity with no door hardware and two self closing drawer guides in our kitchen that choose work they want to. We contacted the owner several times about this, and were answered with unforfilled promises of “I’ll take care of that next week”. I have sense sourced (paid for again) and installed the hardware and drawer guides myself, as I am not spending my time begging someone to do what they should in the first place. So in review FCI’s product is great, but their service falls short of the mark.

FCI was great to work with in building 2 new bathroom cabinets. They understood when I had to have them hold second cabinet for several months due to delay on tile installation.

The best custom cabinet shop in N.Ky. update, this shop continues to amaze me in the scope and quality of their work. 10STARS for sure
