If I could give 1 billion stars I would! I have purchased a home to create a safe, mold free, chemical free space for my son to heal. From the moment I talked with Andrew it was clear he 100% understood the assignment! Chris, the project manager has gone above and beyond! I am out of state while this is happening traveling back and forth and making last minute decisions and the compassion, patience and care the team has provided is beyond my expectations. This is emotional for me and the most important thing I have ever done. When I walked through the house when they were just about finished I could have cried.(I did actually 🥹) I was so concerned about the amount of mold and damage I had found during demo. Once I walked through all my concerns were eliminated!! It is completely clean

He spent quite a bit of time with me, reviewing the necessary steps for water mitigation and mold remediation. His proposal was thorough and the pricing was affordable. A few days later, his crew arrived to get started on our job. Jacko, Clem and William were courteous, efficient and thorough. Their work was impeccable! FDX Restoration provides excellent, quality service and a prompt response. I was selling a house "as is." Its water heater tank was old and leaking a small amount of water onto the basement floor. I was not going to replace it. I had hired Astacio Plumbing to shut off the water to that tank and drain the tank because I wanted to prevent the possibility of gallons of water flooding the basement. Four days later on a Sunday the water pressure relief valve failed, dispersing gallons of water throughout the mechanic room, finished basement then into the garage. FDX Restoration began the mitigation work on Monday removing the lower approximately 40" of sheet rock and the engineered flooring in the finished basement. Three days later water was dripping from the top of the water heater tank. T

Kris and company went above and beyond with an urgent water damage and pipes problem we just had. They reacted immediately to our very time sensitive issue and got it solved.
