The owner came out for measurements and installation. They gave me multiple options and were not pushy in any way. They let me take samples home so I could make a better decision. When their staff came to do the backsplash tile, they asked me about little things (angles, how low, etc.) without making assumptions AND the people who came were very polite. They left a box of tile, the thinset, and an extra casing for the tile in the event that repairs are needed in the future or if some has to be added. I can’t get over the fact that the owner was willing to come out in the evening to do my measurements. Overall, excellent service and installation. From start to finish Featherstone was amazing to work with. Professional, responsive, so helpful. They accommodated our schedule and were incredibly knowledgeable. This was by far the best experience we’ve had working with this industry. Like everyone we had a reason our project was in a hurry. I know they must hear that all the time!
