This past late Fall, I had my roof and siding replaced. My home is 90 years old in Oakwood and I was nervous about the size of doing such a large job so late in the season. Feazel Roofing did an amazing job. My first contact was with Jordan who was so nice and professional to work with. He showed us the ‘armor’ rated shingles which will withstand hail and other problems so I bought these for more peace of mind knowing that I was getting the top-rated shingles for my home. Jordan got our job scheduled promptly and the job supervisors, Neil and Joey, and crew who replaced the roof were excellent and very respectful of my property. Once the roof was completed, the same crew came back in a week and removed my 70 year-old aluminum siding and installed a new, beautiful vinyl siding. The

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Jordan with sales was honest and informative and kept us updated every step of the way. The installation went great and Neil the project manager was awesome and checked in often! The price was competitive with other companies and the warranty and materials were of better quality! There were also many financing options to choose from.

Sales Rep was on time and prepared with all roofing samples and color options. Sales Rep was there with Insurance Adjuster. Once estimate was received there was a few more items needed that insurance did not account for. Feazel Rep took care of all missing items with Insurance. PM was there day of roof installation, completed in one day and cleaned up yard according. Sales Rep stayed in contact the entire process. Communication between Feazel and all parties was one of the best parts of getting a new roof. This was such a pleasant experience!!!

I had a complaint about an experience I had last week. Upper management, Jeff, called me the next day, much to my surprise. He scheduled a crew to come out to address my issue the following week. They came, found the problem and are coming back next week to fix it. This company is amazing and made me feel like a very important client. Thank you to all!
