Savage and the Feazel team were more than outstanding. From the knock at the door through the install to the follow up after, we could not be more impressed. Savage spent hours teaching us about our roof and its sad condition and then about their entire system. We were super impressed with the lifetime warranty and the attention to detail Savage, Cody and the install team provided. The installation as fascinating. I’ve never seen anything more efficient. By the end of the day you could never tell a crew had even been here. The roof looks fabulous, the financing was easy and we are grateful to have a forever roof. I am so relieved to never have to think about a roof again and I get a warranty to pass to my daughter.

5 Stars because Refuge Roofing was SUPERB! The church I pastor had leaks from the roofing in both Restrooms due the heavy rains and prior ice & snow storms. We realized this on a Sunday but needed quick repairs before hosting Services on Ash Wednesday (exactly 3 days). Refuge was referred on Monday and they were there that afternoon first to give a quote and then the very next day to do the drywall to repair both bathroom ceilings and paint. They completed the work in a day and a half and the results were excellent. The pricing was AMAZING for a RUSH JOB and their professionalism was STELLAR! I plan to use them at my residence in the coming months. That’s how much I loved the experience, their results, and most of all their care.

I was not familiar with Feazel from the start since they are fairly new to the area. However, I am so glad we chose them to do our new roof. Our sales rep, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and informative about the company and process. He and Cody sat with us and made sure to answer all our questions and guide us through the insurance claims process. He followed up consistently to assure everything was good. The project manager, Zayn, was there the two install days and was thorough and helpful. Overall our experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend Feazel to anyone needing a new roof. They are top notch!

Savage came out to look at a leak in my newer roof (installed by different company) and was able to climb all the way up and find the damage and a solution. Not only was she an expert at the problem but helped me find an affordable solution. I was impressed by her integrity and the quality of the work. If you are looking for integrity and great work, I recommend Feazel and Savage!

Just had a new roof put on our home by Feazel Roofing. Met with Robert Brigman, our salesman, and he couldn’t have been any better! He was in contact with us every step of the way. Took care of everything!!!! Zayn Pavenski, our project manager, was also great! He was onsite during the two days that it took to put the roof on off and on and was always available to get in touch with. The crew was also awesome! Would definitely recommend Feazel Roofing!!!!!
