Everytime I go in there they seemed busy and a little stressed. They have put up with some entitled customers over the years and I think the treatment these reviewers got were from them having a bad day. Not the worst place and pretty cool inventory/fabricating ability.

Please note Sept. 2, 2021 made order with Mr. Leon showed him exactly which materials I wanted. Mr. Leon wrote the order up, I paid for it and went to out to their yard to pick order up. The materials were not what I ordered. Went back in and informed Mr. Leon. I was charged a restocking fee and forcefully, loudly told that I ordered the wrong materials. I would not have been upset with a restock fee if I had ordered the wrong materials. Mr. Leon insisted I ordered wrong. Now, this was not my first time ordering these materials from Federal Pipe. I previously had Mr. Leon write my order up the same way he did during this transaction; however, previously my order was processed accurately. Debbie is RUDE as hell yelling at our 50+ year old employee because he came in with a company card. He wasnt a child and completley went off! We will not use them anymore, as a small business ourselves. Respect goes a long way Debbie, learn some cuz you werent raised right!

I drove 2 hours to meet Leon for a scheduled meeting and he asked his secretary to "kick him outta here" because he was busy and forgot our meeting. Said it right in front of me. Ive never been treated so rudely by a business professional. I didnt even wait to hear her relay the message just started walking out. Very unprofessional.

Ordered some tubing at steel desk. Guy was nice, but got order details wrong. Waited at cashier desk for 5 minutes before giving up. Got my supplies for less than 1/2 the price at steel depot.
