Got a frozen 3/4 inch line from well to house. It was a 300$ dollar non refundable deposit and another 425$ and sadly my freeze isn’t resolved. Guys were good. Ladies on phone were ok. They don’t tell u payment is due immediately when they leave and you are giving a worker bee your credit or debit card. Didn’t so much like that. Nor not being told that in advance. I’m a small business owner and wouldn’t ever do that. So very expensive. Very. I even brought my own equipment out to pull the well pump adapter with my tractor. Expensive and felt blown over by the final number. They said the 300$ goes towards job for travel and such. But there shops only 15 min from my house so I wasn’t expecting that high a bill. 800 and water back on. I could live with.

Federal plumbing came on a weekend and solved an electrical problem as opposed to a plumbing problem. Awesome. i have them used them for years and never had an issue. Always reasonably priced too.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Steve was amazing and knew the equipment and all the issues to maintain and fix my tankless heater units. Dave hooked me up with 5 star service!

Federal Piping is excellent. Angela at the office answers the phone every time. She helped schedule me right away. Sent out Steve, who was exceptional and assured me all would be well. They stopped the leak and came back later and made complete repairs. Kept me well informed all along the way. Were super to work with. Dave, the owner, runs a great company. I would highly recommend them. Plumbing issues are such a drag - and I will always call Federal Piping from now on.

These people are totally unreliable. We have scheduled 2 appointments with them and we have been left out in the cold. This time the excuse was they could not make it up our driveway. Interesting since the driveway is flat. Driver never called us, because he had to be at the wrong address. Stay away from these people
