Harrison was incredible. Came out and did a thorough walk through of my duplex educating me about the process, problem areas, and remedies along the way. He carefully filled in access points, inspected bait boxes, added bait boxes, and helped me strategize how to mouse proof our pantry while we’re out of town for the holidays so the mice only eat from the bait. Really thankful for his care and professionalism. I highly recommend his services!

Harrison and Brendan were great. Turns out we had a meadow vole in our basement, not a mouse, but when Brendan came out, he scanned the whole house and plugged in the spots where the little critter likely entered through, and that would've been exposed for mice as well. Glad we didn't have a rodent problem, but also glad we have a great, responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable team to lean on if we ever have pest issues in the future!

Great experience from start to finish. Clear communication, showed up on time, and did a very thorough job. You can tell they actually care about doing it right. The rat king terrorizing our basement has been eliminated. Once more we can traverse to the lower floors of our catacombs in peace. I still remember when they took Mo.
