Very easy to navigate, the entire staff was very helpful with anything you need, the only negative thing is the price for food and beverages there, make sure you eat before you attend an event there, no cash accepted, cards only, so you could have multiple transactions by the end of the night, if at all possible, try to get a parking pass at the adjacent Gossett motor garage, safe parking, easy entrance and exit, and just a few indoor steps to the forum. I attended a Grizzlies game, it was great, the activities throughout the entire game and during commercial breaks kept everything very interesting.

Parking pass says it opens at 4 pm. We arrived at 4:20. They told us it does not open until 4:30 even though I showed her it said 4 pm on the ticket. She said “I know what it says. We don’t open but 2.5 hours before events” and made me pull in and go out the exit. Very rude & unprofessional.

The staff there was very professional we went for WWE. It was very awesome

Purchased a spot online for the EarthWind&Fire / Lionel Ritchie concert. Got to the event and the Parking Garage access street was barricaded in both directions. No customer service number available to discuss a refund. I intend to create a dispute with my credit card.
