On 11/09/2023, a truck from this company caused damage to my vehicle, resulting in a cracked windshield from rocks on the truck flat bed. I promptly reported the incident and submitted dash cam footage to the company representative, Sam. Despite multiple conversations and Sam’s assurance that she forwarded the video to her supervisor, I have not received any updates. Now, I’m forced to pursue legal action to address my windshield damage. I urge the company to prioritize customer concerns, provide timely updates, and resolve issues promptly. Disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution.

12/24/23 stuck behind one of their trucks #48332 going over the Bourne bridge who was blocking both lanes of traffic. Ended up with a broken windshield and a dent in my hood, because their driver neglected to sweep off the crushed stone on the tailgate. I am also a fellow commercial drivers license holder and I can tell you that this would never fly with DOT. The truck is not over width so there is no need to consume both lanes of traffic. No flashing lights no wide load flags. I will expect reimbursement. Get with the program and train your drivers Feeney!
