We had a very disappointing experience working with Tim. We hired him and his team to redo our old driveway. Initially it was a positive experience as he was very responsive and answered our questions. But when the work was complete we discovered a hump on one side of the new driveway. Now every time someone drives up the driveway, the whole car bounces and rocks side to side. This never happened before. It feels like a speed bump on one side of the car. Since we have a very steep and curved driveway this is a safety concern. Despite offering a 1-year guarantee on work defects, Tim has not come back to inspect the hump or address the problem. When we first brought it up to him he said he would come that same week, but now it's been over a month and half and he has not shown up. He's stoppe
