Feldman eléctrical LLC

Dishonest pricing, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct. I contacted Feldman Electrical LLC to check on two non-working outlets. When I first called, I specifically asked about any fees just for checking and what the labor might cost. I was told someone would come take a look and that I’d only pay for the work — there was no mention of a $175 “checking” fee. After the electrician replaced the two outlets, I was told the total was $300. When I asked why it was so high, the owner said it was $175 just to check and $125 for labor — again, none of this was communicated up front. When I questioned it, he became very rude on the phone, even threatening to call the police and report me to Con Edison if I didn’t pay. Eventually, I paid $175, even though I still believe it was unfair,
