The Felix Air representative showed up on time, explained what he would be doing, put on shoe covers when in the house and gave me feedback following our appointment. In addition he answered my many questions and gave me some pointers for keeping my drains clean. Very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again!

Very impressed. I received a ridiculous quote from a different vendor and Felix provided a much more reasonable quote for replacing my AC unit, furnace, and duct work. Tony stayed in communication with me and the team arrived when they said they would and completed the install in the committed timeline. I will be using Felix in the future and will recommend to friends and family. Glad to have a cool house again.

Tony did a fantastic job in finding the short in our home AC/heating after it went out. He came the same day I called and tirelessly worked for hours to find the root of the problem. The price was very fair considering the time and effort it took to solve the issue.
