When Tyler arrived, with his tool bag & positive can-do attitude, he had my NEST thermostat install (which I had goofed up 😩) completed & operational in 45 minutes. Our Kenmore Elite Refrigerator quite working. Tech Michael from Golden Sword came out, diagnosed and ordered parts needed for repair. Returned and installed parts a couple of days later. Refrigerator is now working just like new. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional with a can do attitude, was on there when he said he would be. Called with heads up, when he was on his way. Reasonable prices, great company. Would highly recommend.

These guys were the absolute best! They were on time, super friendly and honest. I've had other companies come out in the past but these guys were by far the best and will never call another company again. If you can, ask for Kurt, he did excellent work and was the nicest guy you'll ever meet!
