Feller Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been using Feller since 2018 to service my furnace and gas fireplace. I have always received great and professional service from their technicians. Yesterday my furnace was not working properly. Feller got a technician out today and fixed the issue. Props to Matt for diagnosing the issue and fixing it right away.

I'm always very impressed with the technicians that come to my house to service my unit. They're always super smart, super kind, and just really good guys. I'm also always impressed when I call and talk to the scheduler or receptionist as well. I can tell you one thing for certain, they actually really care about their customers. I couldn't even think of one slightly negative thing to say about these folks, classy and professional all the way around!

The Feller Heating crew (technician & office folks!) were awesome from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, and a ton of experience - the technician (John) did a fantastic job with our furnace & fireplace servicing. He, also, helped with suggestions for the future. Down to earth and honest, we will definitely use them again. Much appreciated! Thank you, Feller crew!

Came home after a long weekend away to an ice cold house and discovered that our furnace wasn’t working. Called Feller and they had a tech out within the hour. The tech was very pleasant, professional, and explained everything he was doing. He replaced a part and had the furnace running again. The service rep I spoke with on the phone was kind and upfront about pricing (after hours). Will definitely do business with this company again should we need their services.

My technician (who also does my yearly maintenance) is always right on time (and if he’s going to be a little late, they let me know in advance), is super professional and knowledgeable. The office staff is great and I can get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time for regular maintenance/cleaning. This time was for non-emergency repairs, and it was even faster (less than a week), so I imagine if it was an emergency, they’d be right on it. Thanks you, Matt and Elaine!!
