Over the past three years, I have received outstanding customer service from this company regarding my fence. They were always available to answer my questions and even honored their labor warranty by replacing damaged pickets after installation. Additionally, they provided me with the option to purchase replacement materials when I accidentally damaged some pickets myself. They provided the best warranty (lifetime warranty on vinyl + 2 year workmanship warranty) 3. They respond fast & were quick to install. They came in less than a week after we moved forward. We hired Fence and Plus after another company extended our install time to nearly 17 weeks. Everyone in the office and the workers who did the install were very professional and communication was great! It took them 8 days from the time I called to the fence install completion! We had them install the 4ft aluminum 3 bar fencing around our backyard - 275ish linear feet - it was big. They had a 3 person crew on installation day and it took maybe a half day of work. The install was neat, and the workers didn't even stop when the rain started. Everyone was professional and courteous. I can not thank Fence and Plus for being so wonderful to work with. Finding good, communicative, reliable contractors can be really hard. I would recommend Fence and Plus to anyone looking! Thank you!!!
