To be fair, at the beginning, when talking to them they were very courteous, on time, & eager for to get your business. But beware the Fence Outlet at Kissimmee is really J&C fence, maybe an independent subcontractor for Fence Outlet. I only needed to repair 1 section of my fence & was recommended by the fence estimator to replace all the top post covers to the new style as the new side fence. From a distance everything was looking good. But from closer inspection the new post covers are not the right side as the older posts, too big & fly away with just a breeze. Something that the installer should have noticed & done something about it like keeping in place the old ones or reordering the right side. Then after 3 weeks of installation one of the new post started sinking noticeably. I call
