I never met a contractor that is so disorganized. I was in touch with Parker, and not only did it take weeks and many reminders for him to come and do measurements, but also failed to follow up with the actual cost. I felt like a desperate customer trying to get their business, but this contractor should know that they are many other fencing company out there. There is so much you can take before you run out of patience. Maybe it was a good thing that there was lack of communication from the get go, because who knows it could have been worse once contract is executed.
