In mid-2019, my neighbor and I wanted to get our shared fence redone. He hired this company, and I decided to just go with it. The fence looks bad. The finishing looks sloppy, and they didn't even bother to complete the top board. They also changed how my gate was set up, so I could no longer use the sidewalk on the side of my house. They claimed that it was because they could not put a post in the old hole because there was cement in it. The cement was in the exact shape of the post that was there previously. In addition, they did not talk to me about options for the gate. When I contacted the company by email, they first told me the job was done to my specifications. My builder used Fenceworks for our new construction home. I had a problem with the latch. Made a repair appt. Waited all day, no one showed. Was told they came out and repaired it. I have security cameras. No one came. Made another appointment. He argued with me as to why the latch was misaligned. He blamed my concrete installer who didn't touch my latch. Why is it so difficult to get decent work done? I would NOT recommend this company.

These people were so rude, and not helpful at all. We just ended up leaving. I should have known that they would not help, because I called before I went there and to ask what time are they open till, the person that answered the phone said "what for?" No customer service was provided by Fence Works!

This company's manager John went out of his way to give me a good price and had the fence installed as promised and he responded very quickly and fixed the problem. I definitely recommend this guys
