Fencing South Florida

I hired them to replace all my fencing. They had it completed in 2 days. The team they sent to my house was very nice and hard working group. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend Fencing South Florida to everyone. A great group of people to work with, from the the team in the office, to team on job, you couldn’t ask for nicer people.

Not one to write bad reviews (you can look at my history), but can’t get past the terrible experience and unprofessional business that this company conducts. Got several quotes, they came through with a good one, plus I liked the presentation and punctuality Dan gave. Worked out all the details, measurements, etc. Clearly showed him what we wanted and where everything was to go. Asked if anything was in the way and if so we could move it. Fence was installed and the fence did not come to the spot on the house that we agreed to (about 3 feet off). Came back out as I showed him on the survey and where my wife and I clearly showed where we wanted the fence. Said it was more fence and would cost more money $400 for one more section of the fence). We recently purchased a new home and needed a fence to be installed. Our HOA provided a preferred vendor list and after contacting all the companies, Fencing South Florida was the most competitive in cost as well as quoted completion time. Frank Ward (general manager) was quick to respond to our inquiry, clearly drew out the plans and what to expect for the process. He even came out of his way to meet us at our rental home to sign off on the contract as we hadn’t moved into the new home yet. He contacted the county as soon as we received the HOA approval and was in constant communication from start to finish. On the day of install, Dave showed up with his crew of Nestle and Amis. We did a quick walk through of the plan and Dave projected that they would be completed same day by 6:30pm. N

We can’t say enough good things about this company! Our new gate & fence around our pool pump exceeded expectations. Considering what was there before. From beginning to end everything was top notch! Smokey is a true craftsman & a hard worker!

Fencing South Florida did an amazing job of installing my fence. I requested they remove the old fence and install a new fence after my backyard project was completed. They returned to my residence within a few days of my request. "Smoky" worked during inclement weather (Hurricane Helene) to get the job done. The customer service provided by Frank was definitely the icing on the cake. He was professional in dealing with a neighbor issue and made sure I, the customer, was taken care of and protected. I highly recommend Fencing South Florida for your fencing needs. The price was great, and the customer service provided by Smoky and Frank was outstanding!
