Our basement renovation came about unexpectedly after a water tank leak damaged our finished space. What started as a frustrating situation ended up turning into one of the best home projects we've ever done — all thanks to our incredible contractor, Eli and his assistant Mark. From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and truly committed to doing quality work. The finished basement is absolutely beautiful. It’s even better than what we had before. The best room in our house is our hallway bathroom, thanks to @fennickenterprises! We knew this bathroom was a problem when we bought this house (it’s a fixer upper and this hall bathroom was the worst room in the house), but we didn’t know how bad it was until demo happened: bad wiring, bad plumbing, missing floor joists, etc. Eli and Mark did incredible work getting everything right and making the most of a small space. Great communication, quality and efficient work, kept our house clean, etc. I can’t wait to work with them again on a future project. Now our daughters and guests get to enjoy a great bathroom. We find ourselves wandering down the hall just to see if it’s real. (I’ve included before and after photos.)

Fennick enterprise was fantastic! Eli and his assistant worked diligently, getting our job completed within the time frame he quoted us. Eli had great communication with us throughout the project (tiling two full bathrooms- floors and showers and a half bath/entry/mud area.) We would highly recommend working with him and have told everyone who is in need to give him a call. Our tile work is stunning- he did an outstanding job.

I’m absolutely in love with my new kitchen backsplash! Eli and his team were professional, courteous, and incredibly detail-oriented. Their craftsmanship really shows in the final result—it turned out even better than I imagined! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality tile work done right!
