I used SpotHero to park here and it went smoothly overall. However, I was unable to get back into the building with the QR code provided by SpotHero and I was unable to get a ticket to let me back in. There was no phone number for the parking manager's office listed anywhere so I couldn't contact anyone to let me in. I did get the manager's phone number (attached here) once I entered if this happens to anyone else!

We reserved parking at Trilogy Garage for an event at Fenway, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, our QR code didn’t work at the gate, causing a backup of cars behind us. People were yelling that the lot was full, creating a chaotic and stressful situation. When leaving, the same issue occurred... our QR code again failed to work. We were stuck at the exit for over 20 minutes, holding up a long line of cars behind us. It’s hard to understand how a facility in such a high-traffic area can be run this poorly. Definitely not the kind of experience you want before or after an event.

We bought a prepaid QR code for an event for $55. We drove through the first 2 levels down and there were very few open spots. There were way too many spots labeled "compact", yet most of them had SUVs squeezed in. Most spots had poles that intruded into the space. Eventually found one that wasn't labeled "compact" and squeezed in but then couldn't open the doors. Went back looking again and luckily managed to find a larger open one by the elevator that someone had left. As others have said, the prepaid QR code is hard to get to read at the entrance and impossible to enter the doors from the street. If you tap on the QR code it went to one end of the screen, but this still didn't help. Had to wait for someone else to leave the garage to get back in the doors from street level. Leaving

The worst parking scam that I’ve ever experienced! AVOID!!! There is no sign or explanation on the rate but only one single confusing $60 sign for event parking that makes you don’t understand the rate at all! We are from Canada and know nothing about place, and were anxious and eager to find a parking spot in this busy area then we decided to park there, thinking they would have hourly rate for non-event parking. We parked less than half an hour and got charged for $60!! The office lady has zero empathy and definitely doesn’t give a shit on where you are from or whether you understood the rate when I tried to explain, she said even you park 2 minutes, we still charge $60!! The sign is really confusing with event parking on it, 100% scam to trick people! Disgrace and shame on this parking

BEWARE -- SCAM ALERT As mentioned by other reviewers, I too fell victim to the deceptive tactics of this garage. I parked here to visit West Elm on a Saturday. I departed after 30 minutes and was charged a $55 event parking rate. I am a local and used to Boston parking and event rates. Truly there was no adequate signage indicating an event rate would apply. The rate cards posted on garage entrance and exit indicated normal rates. Manager Jonathan Aria was an absolute jerk - you can tell he is used to pulling this scam and holding customers hostage at the exit gate. I am reporting to BBB and City of Boston. As a matter of principle, I would appreciate if you take your business elsewhere. If you must park here, BEWARE OF SCAMS.
