I went in for my appointment and remained in the store so long, Bobby missed his lunch to aid picking out plumbing and bath accessories so the plumber can correctly drop the plumbing lines in less than 2 days. Not what it used to be. When I started my career Ferguson would be eager to help me. Now not so much. Today I came in to get material and place an order because getting them to answer is impossible and they flat out refused and forced me to call in. It’s okay I’ll place my order with vamac where it’s not a Hassle. Ferguson makes my job harder.

Why is your tractor trailer driver driving with an EMPTY trailer 30 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 50. Purposefully holding up traffic for no reason. Didn't turn, didn't have a delivery. Just holding up traffic like a jerk.

The waiting time at the will call pro-pickup area is exceptionally long. Despite placing an order a day in advance, customers still have to wait more than an hour to retrieve their items.
