I purchased a Jacuzzi from the Daphne, Al store over a month ago and it was delivered within 5 days but the tub was cracked and I've been trying to get a replacement for almost a month. When I call they said they will track it and call me back which they never have after 6 calls I still don't have my replacement. I guess my final step is to ask for a refund.

i needed help finding a piece for a faucet spray-hose. This was an odd piece that Lowes nor another place had any idea about. The staff at Ferguson were amazing, willing to help, and exceptionally kind. I'll return there for all of my kitchen and bath furnishings.
