Leaving them one star because they are at least kind in person. Our home burnt down in July of this year and we had to rebuild it from the studs. We chose to go with ferguson’s when choosing our appliances, which has proven to be a mistake. When we placed our order, we told them exactly whenever we would be moving back into our home and when we would need the appliances to be delivered. We are now a few days shy of move in day and are being told that it will take 2 weeks before our stove can be delivered and they do not even have a date or timeframe available for our washer and dryer. Not to mention how hard we have had to fight to get information on delivery times, which you’d think would be readily available and told to the customers so that the customers are always in the loop about thi

Amanda Kubiak, helped us find lighting fixtures and fans for our new house. She gave us suggestions that would enhance our decor and are extremely happy with her and patience she had while we worked through our choices. Thank you Amanda for all your help and expertise.

The worst service!!! Very slow service!!! Won't answer the phone, rude employees, highly overpriced!!!!!!

They had what is evidently the last known rough in valve in the entire world made for our tub filler, according to Signature. Sounds dramatic, but it's really the last one. We specifically asked for it to be overnighted. Entire crew wasted for a day because it was shipped ground. Such a simple request.
