Impressive showroom, we walked around for a while before asking for assistance, then told that normally people who come in have appointments, we didn’t know this. We made our selections, but wasn’t ready just yet to make the purchases, they set us up an online account. A few weeks later we went in, without setting up an appointment to purchase/order the items that we needed. Wrote them a large check and sent on our way with an estimated date of delivery, which we chose and was told if we needed them sooner just call. So now our house is near completion, we contacted Ferguson to notify them when we needed them.
