Ferguson Home

Will never do business with Ferguson again. I initially came in to look at faucets, was not greeted, and had to wander around until I found a sales rep at their desk that I felt like I had to beg to assist with figuring what what's in stock (in hindsight would've been better off shopping online myself). We ordered a faucet, but once received hated the functionality (again, the sales rep didn't talk through). I went back to Ferguson in hopes of purchasing a replacement and was greeted by the front desk rep who told us to just go look on the floor again because there were no available reps. We attempted to look at them and left to avoid wasting more money without professional input. If you're looking for an alternative, we went to ProSource nearby and had a wonderful experience!

Stopped by to see if they have any bathroom lights. Its literally worse than home depot. Barely few on display . Yeah. I understand online more selection , but you dont see quality online .

Ferguson is a well known and popular bathroom, kitchen, fixture, and lighting treasure! 1) They are well located right on the best side of Woodruff Road beyond Roper Mountain intersection so it's easy to find, easy to get there, and with the extra lane easy to get in and out 2) They are super conscientious and during Covid have signage RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING the use of masks and gloves - they are provided at the front desk if needed 3) The showroom is well laid out and they offer a wide variety of choices in including the top brands (Miele for example) 3) Their staff greeted us and we weren't pressured at all just allowed to explore 4) THE options are MANY as my pictures show Head JUST off the beaten path for a delightful experience

Amazing Kitchen and lighting gallery. Higher end but well worth it!

Drove 1.5 hours (3 hours round trip) to visit store at 10 am only to find the store is dark and not open. No signs or evidence as to why they aren’t open on their website or on the store door. Very unprofessional. Several other customers came and went at the same time so we weren’t the only ones.
