Horrible customer service! Went in on Saturday afternoon, spoke with the receptionist and got on the list to speak with someone. She said it could be a 15-20 min wait because they were busy. No problem. Walked around looking at appliances. Lost track of time when someone approached and said they were closing. Looked at my watch and had been in there about 50 mins. Said I was waiting to speak with someone and was basically told to come back on Monday, they were closing, and no one else would be helped. Really terrible customer service!

I’ve always been a customer with Ferguson for construction, remodels over the years. Most recent experience was great, had a last minute change to order due to change in design. Marvin Lopez came to the rescue, returns made, new orders made and with expedient delivery ordered. Always with quality products including appliances.

Ordered Thermadore package Sept 3rd. Now it’s Dec 4th still no wall oven and had to find the refrigerator from another store. Fergusons refused to refund full price of refrigerator even though they didn’t have it bc they said it was part of a package. Horrible customer service. A joke

Great selection of all materials Fossetts bath designs kitchen and lighting with tons of features and options and selections to go through. You can spend a lot of time here deciding and actually touching a lot of the items to get a feel for what’s available out there. All different types of finishes and plenty of wonderful help to go around. Brittany was an amazing consultant that had a lot of patience with us as homeowners going through the options. #yourTEXASrealtor

I believe This is our 5th project working with Ferguson at Richmond and it came really nice with the perfect touch. Our salesman is very helpful and nice to work with, I know we have some little issues with plumbing parts, but they solve the problem really quick, Wich help us not to worry about it.
