Had to drop off some supplies, they were so friendly and hospitable offering fresh coffee or bottled water and a restroom if needed I can't imagine what they would be if I was a customer.

Got there for a 06:00 delivery and was told that I didn't have an appointment and wasn't on the schedule, thankful I got worked in but was warned they do send people away for that. The yard wasn't to bad to back into but I had it all to myself I do see how another truck in there would make it a painful backing, that said it does look like they expanded the area in front of their docks by a few feet so they get it at least. Unloading was fast, and while he wasn't happy about me not being on the schedule everyone I talked to was pretty friendly.

Ferguson did an installation today for me today. Mario and his 2 partners were excellent. They were efficient, neat, clean, and waited to make sure that the dishwasher was running properly.

Cool place, was here a day before my appt, called before I got here to give them a heads up and they are gladly unloading me despite being in the dock for a while but atleast I will be empty a day before. As for rookies, you need to up ur game coz the docks are tight,
