I had preordered some items, when I called they said they were closing at a certain time that day, when I went in person for pick up they said a different time, strange ! But anyway staff was very courteous and polite, knew their job It was quick in and out-I edited my order but they didn’t seek to mind Parking there is a challenge tho

The hvac service is horrible they never answer and when they do they have a very nasty attitude

They ask for “homeowner or professional” I say professionals and then they don’t take my phone call 😎
