Full trucks -DO NOT TAKE LOADS HERE. Not enough space to back in. You’ll waste your time as across the street they wouldn’t unload , you’ll need to and a load back to the shipper. Blind side back in, and they have a truck blocking a way and in the first stall that would make it a little easier to back in they have non movable trailer

Ok FIRST off this one star review has NOTHING TO DO with the counter, warehouse, delivery guys at all. They ALL are outstanding and awesome. This review has to do with Ferguson corporate in general and more directly them NOT giving credits back on warranty parts. I have been overly patient with a coil return under warranty and that time is now OVER. Going on SIX MONTHS of Ferguson having my 580 bucks on a coil return and still have not gotten it credited back. Enough is enough, I am NO LONGER doing any business with this comany since they cant honor warranty on products they sell. IF your a contractor be wary of buying Mortex coils from Ferguson, if you have a warranty issue you may not get your credit back on it........

Becoming one of my less favorable parts stores to stop by. Been kept waiting at the desk more then once. One guy in particular need to work on customer service and general politeness.

The guys working here are professional and helpful. It is truly an amazing experience everytime I make room in my van to put more stuff in it.
