Ferguson Oil

Spoke to Lori and placed order on Thursday. She was very nice and helpful. They delivered on Saturday just before the big snow storm hits. Truly grateful and thankful for Ferguson to deliver during this busy rush this week. Thank you!

They quoted me one price then charged me a dollar more a gallon. I called around to find the best price, wrote down what they gave me, called back when I found they were the lowest. I asked again what the cost was to make sure, was told the same price again so I placed the order. When it came 3 days later they charged me $100 more than quoted. I understand the price can fluctuate, but a dollar more a gallon is a bit much. When I called to find out what happened, they told me I was wrong they never would have quoted me that price and that was it. I wrote down 5 quotes that day and they charged me about 75 cents more a gallon than the highest price around! Very unhappy, would not recommend

I have been using Ferguson Oil for the past 5years. They are courteous friendly and honest. Very dependable and always on time delivery. I highly recommend this oil company.

Amazing customer service! We picked them through cash for heating oil and thought we would be set until Monday for a delivery. However, our gauge dropped quickly so I called them at 9:15pm Friday night, Kevin was awesome and said he would be there Saturday. I woke up to the sound of the truck at 8:15am Saturday morning. Amazing service and dedicated to its customers. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!

Placed an order for 150 gallons at 0700 they delivered at 1230. They also gave me a discount for ordering 150 gallons or more. I recommend!
