Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Not sure how this place stays in business. Went in here to look for a valve and the guy pretty much just laughed at me and they didn't even bother to even touch the valve and even try to look at it to figure out if they had it. They would rather just sit there eat their food laugh and pretty much just dismiss me because they didn't feel like dealing with me at the time I guess. I guess don't come here if you're looking for parts because they are highly unprofessional and I own a company that could have given them business! It's a pathetic that three guys can make a business that has a name that's been in Orlando for a while look terrible I will never recommend this company now thanks to the three gentlemen that work there. Very friendly staff knowledgeable, had me in and out on the fly. Last review was six months ago Recently went back to Ferguson and wish I could give them 5 more stars. All staff very helpful and friendly. Got me the part I needed and I got my industrial sink up and running again in no time.

They are an OK company. They may not be the biggest and the best but they are certainly helpful and caring. I have been to this store about 5 times. They have most of the items that you need for your immediate plumbing issues. Its not a fancy plumbing supplies store but its still satisfactory for your urgent requirements. I like the staff here. Their staff is helpful, prompt and supportive of your needs. I think their rates are reasonably good.

As a service plumber, I’m calling Ferguson almost on a daily basis. The guys in Altamonte are always in a good mood and ready to help with whatever is you’re looking for. I see a lot customers go there that aren’t plumbers and they give them the same respect and time as the people that are in there regularly.

I’m so happy I found these guys. Excellent customer service. Don’t waste your time with the know-nothings at the big box stores like I did.
