Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Today I visited the store at 4726 NW 2nd Ave. Boca Raton, Fl. I was there for the first time to do a few returns for B&M Building Co. I had been warned that finding the location could be tricky but it wasn't hard at all, I just followed google maps. The store itself was incredibly clean and all associates were attentive and I received a welcoming "good morning" and "hello" from those who were on the floor. I also noticed that all customers who entered while I was there being helped were friendly, which led me to believe that your staff and your customers definitely have an amazing rapport. As mentioned above I was there to make a few returns. Dan, who greeted me enthusiastically, was very knowledgeable and quick to complete my returns. One of the returns I brought in was from the Ferguson

Employee added an App to my phone that let me identify the part that I needed to replace. The App then told me who made my part and I was able to find a replacement for it. Don't get service like that every where.

I found the guys working at the store to be very helpful! Even though there was a little line, they still took their time and explained everything that we would need for our project

Wilson and Dan assisted me very well. I went to six different plumbing supply establishments before I came here and they actually helped me realize that the solar system is not the best system in the world for toilets so I converted it to the correct non-solar system, and it works better than it works when when it was brand new, see the video

Very good attention to customers. It's a little bit difficult to arrive at the store because of its location but if you follow Google Maps it will take you straight to the door
