Draz was fantastic to work with for our bathroom renovation. I would have no hesitation in sending any of my friends to him for assistance with their bathroom or kitchen renovations.

Firstly, the quality of the stuff offered is exceptional. I have no doubts on craftsmanship and durability through usage. The star rating is based upon continuity and follow-up. If you don't have an appointment--during the impossible hours of the actual workday--you will not even be looked at. It's almost as if you're being proactively avoided. There needs to be a change. I understand 2-3 people ought to be able to assist all customers in a scheduled circumstance. There's a trade-off when you have issues with your existing order, missing items, etc. I've called for three-four days straight as I get opportunity. 4pm this shop shuts and it's already challenging to be able to get there, let alone call during a busy workday. We placed a large order in February for a complete bathroom

Customer service is nonexistent here!! Guy at the counter is really rude My wife and I had a bad experience here. Guy at the counter made it impossible to get something replaced that was under warranty. According to him “NOTHING IS UNDER WARRANTY “. We Went to the Piscataway location and had a completely different experience. They were able to process for a replacement unit ,no problem. lo and behold they said “ your water heater is cover here’s your new $1000 unit completely covered under the warranty”.

Bad experience- would not recommend this location. (Bridgewater NJ) Arrived with my family in the showroom to briefly look at inventory and set up appointment- needed to remodel a few bathrooms. Was stopped at the door by 2 ladies on staff and told we could not come in and need an appointment with one of the ladies to buy things.(they assume everyone must buy and no research and comparison is allowed??!!) When I told them that their the call center advised that anyone can come and take a look - they replied that the call center doesn’t know anything and I must listen to them. Seems like this store has too many clients and doesn’t need new clients- hence no customer service
