I ordered a shower surround and there was going to be a shipping delay. A sales support rep Audrey Beaudet reached out and let me know my options if I wanted to get it faster. She's kept me up to date on the status, let me know of any delays and has been very responsive. Great customer service! Keep up the good work!

I placed a $21,693.20 plumbing order with Ferguson, which was delivered. I had a couple questions about the order, and I've called Ferguson three times over several weeks. Each time I called, my sales representative was unavailable, and I was told that I needed to speak with my sales representative and not another member of the team. Thus, I left a voicemail every time I called. I also sent three emails. Neither Ferguson nor the sales representative ever responded.

I had a very hard time getting a hold of my sales person on an order for a new build house, but TODD JOHNSON solved all My problems. Todd is an excellent customer service specialist. He always returned my calls, worked through payment issues, helped get deliveries straightened out. He was marvelous. I haven’t had customer service like he has provided in a long time. He is an asset.

We had an issues with parts ordered on the phone with Ferguson national. I went to the showroom and met with Cindy Carhart and she was amazing. She solved our problem in about 25 minutes and got the correct parts ordered and took the return as well for the wrong parts ordered on the phone. She is a true plumbing professional.

Consultants are so knowledgeable and helpful. Showroom is exceptional....they can show you a wide range of products and point you in the right direction so you don't spin your wheels. A fantastic experience with our consultant Taylor W.!
