June 9th, 2025 12:10pm truck blocking the sidewalk handicapped cutout. Absolutely disgraceful and dangerous for those in wheelchairs, with walkers etc who cannot safety cross the street.

Was a little hesitant because the reviews were just so-so, but went in to get a replacement hot water heater out of warranty. Dealt with Drew, clearly very knowledgeable, and patient, appreciated his help. I would recommend this place.

Very bad customer service. I ask about wall carrier toilet base and the person I ask . A woman behind the counter just ignored me my request plus I was asking for advice in why she can recommend , and her answer was useless, you know I’m planning to pay for Something and at least I expect the right and respectful answer back .

Great supply of anything plumbing. Pick up/ call-in orders are a breeze. Staff are respectful and courteous. **If you order at the front desk. No matter how large or small the order expect to sit around for about 40 minutes.

I was at Ferguson plumbing supply at Maspeth this last week. This plumbing supply house is the worse. The people behind the counter ( except tall person with glasses) will try any thing to ignore the customers waiting on line. It is disgraceful and bad customer service.Bad business. it has happened before. I usually won't leave review, the first time around. They don't treat plumbers with respect. Their performance is so ridiculous, that you could call them clowns than respectable working people.
