Horrible service two lazy guys sitting behind a desk looking at you why they do work on computers instead of helping you then when they do help you, they totally mess up your order and a month later they still have not ordered the same parts that you’ve been asking for and calling in to see where my parts at Lazy employees this is what you get a terrible store. I would not be shopping there ever again.

Really nice place but when I went to ask for something I feeling ignored

The gentleman Kenny who took our order on July 7, 2020 never sent us an email confirming our order. When I called one week later, I was told Kenny is on vacation for a few weeks. John then took my order again. Stated he couldn’t get a tracking number from the vender. John stated we would get the pump on Friday or Saturday. It had been shipped. Still no tracking number. No pump. I called again on July20, 2020. I was given a tracking number, finally. The pump was never shipped....until today ! I would never recommend this plumbing supply store to anyone. They are very incompetent, and they’re liars.

Fast friendly service will definitely go back if i need parts
