As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Amanda, who offered us coffee and invited us to browse while letting us know she was available for any questions. I was in yesterday, 2/13. I went to purchase a new kitchen faucet after the pricey Kohler faucet I bought there in the summer of 2023 for our kitchen remodel, totally self destructed and could not be fixed and all parts are backordered. I walked through the showroom for at least 15 minutes, no salesperson in sight other than one who was working with customers. I flagged someone down and requested a salesperson. I was told someone would be right out. 5 minutes later I was approached and told John would be right out. 20 minutes later I left. No John, no faucet. I purchased it somewhere else the next day. Purchased an alcove acrylic soaking tub from them and they never informed me that I would need a special drain pipe and overflow. I tried multiple times to find this information and I was given different information each time after being on hold endlessly. In addition, Sean who took my order over the phone never bothered to include my phone number, so the delivery people had no way to contact me. The purchase of this tub has been truly a frustrating experience. I am now working with Damian at Ferguson who is trying to help me resolve the issue, he has been great. Homeowner beware that you must do your own research before ordering from Ferguson.

I needed a part for an item that I did not purchase at Ferguson. Ian helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure I got the part I needed in the right size and color. When I do that downstairs bathroom I won't even bother with that massive online delivery service (you know who I mean). The discount was not worth the hassle of having zero help or personal service.
