Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. I tried to order from them twice. They lost the order one time the other attempt they gave it away to somebody else. They never called me back when they said they would transferred me left me on hold went on for a few days. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. If you can maybe they’re just too busy.

If you are looking for knowledgeable experts this is the place. Gary went out of his way to cross refrence a valve part number that had been disconnected to a solution.

The staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to get you what you need

40 years in plumbing industry and have never heard os a "plumbingsupply" not sell a basic shower head you have to buy entire trim kit Good luck trying to get a counter person to help find anything service is deplorable

Called the phone number, I told the operator what I needed and they had the part I needed ready and at the counter in less than an hour. Great service!
