Exceedingly disappointed by the services and result of dealing with Ferguson. We are remodeling a house and ordered a tub and shroud. We were told 5 weeks to receive the tub however, it took over 3 and a half months to finally get it. When it arrived, it looked as though it was previously used and was marked up significantly and we had to refuse it. We ended up getting a regular tub at home depot because it wasn't worth the hassle or the frustration of dealing with Ferguson any longer. Thanks to Ferguson, our project was delayed and time was wasted.

Great inventory. Customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. The gentleman I dealt with had a very lazy attitude about him. It was almost like I was an inconvenience simply because I didn't remember the details of a previously ordered item.
