Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Just some feedback… My suggestion is not to call if you have a technical question and need a product recommendation. You will get routed a sales team with limited technical experience who can only tell you which parts are in stock. What is needed is a product recommendation for a simple water supply line extension to a vanity faucet. Tell me what to buy to solve my problem. I called Etna nearby, the guy at the counter told me what I needed and I’m on my way to pick up the parts. Unfortunately, Ferguson lost a customer. I called back and politely asked the call operator if someone at the Saginaw store was available. Her response: “the person at the counter needs to attend to the person standing in front of them”. I said I understand, thank you for your help.

02/06/2023: Picked up a replacement flapper for an American Standard toilet. The price was higher than the competitors but reviews indicate for the best results, do not skimp on price.

Very friendly and helpful, went in for a small plastic piece for toilet repair. They gave me the part for free. Will deffinitly come back in future
