I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. Needed a small part that no one seem to have. They immediately identified the issue and suggested an alternative that worked perfectly. They went out of their way to help. Would give them a six-start rating if I could.

I came in with a specialty plumbing problem - a weird hot water dispenser fitting that Lowe's couldn't fit, but they recommended I visit Ferguson. And I'm so glad that I did! Amazon Rules and saves you money. I had a water leak under my kitchen sink from a 2’ pull down hose on my Moen faucet. Finding the disconnect I took it off and couldn’t find it at home depot. So I went to Ferguson plumbing in Summerville SC. When I walked in I found 2 Gentlemen playing on their phones and didnt offer me any answers to my problem. But they did want to sell me a 200.00$ Faucet. My wife took a picture of the hose sent to Grock and found it on Amazon and had it at our house the next morning for12$. Do your homework it pays off.

Very knowledgeable great service sell what you need

We recently had a new build (2017) and was very pleased with the service and items we bought from Ferguson Enterprises in Summerville. The manager was very helpful in matching what we wanted with what they offered. Very good customer service and follow up. Would definitely use them again and refer our friends to this location.
