All talk and no substance. Started work on a $2,500 project 6 weeks ago, which became $3,250, and it's still not done. The job was to redo our back stucco wall, install a screen door, install a handrail, replace a gate door, and fix a doorframe. He sends 1-2 guys to work for a few hours and then doesn't return until several days later. More than half the time he doesn't show up when he says he will, and I have to call to find out why. How does a relatively small job like this not get finished in 6 weeks? He was supposed to come back today, for example, but now says he can't come until Saturday. He always complains that he has to pay his guys, so he asks for money upfront before the work is done. And as you can see from the photos, terrible quality.

I have renovated 3 homes prior to the renovation of my apartment. Fernando was the best contractor by far. He arrived and completed the work as stated in the contract, gave updates and provided suggestion to make the final project look even better. He and his team were very clean with the demolition and the renovation. The project was done faster than I expected but with care and precision. I highly recommend Fernando Rodriguez Construction.
