You can’t get better customer service!! I talked to them multiple times on the phone and they answered all my questions. Mike and his crew did an incredible job. We have pets and kids and our carpet needed so much work. I’m really happy with the before and after. We also had an area where our cat had an accident and they were able to treat the area and they added a protective treatment on top so that if the cat ever did it again, it will be a lot easier to clean up. Pricing was fair. I talked to other companies in the Monterey area and just wanna say thank you for not charging an arm and a leg to clean my carpets. I called Ferrante’s for a last minute job. They were able to squeeze me in. I honestly did not think it would look much better. I was wrong! The carpet looked much better! They were professional, friendly, informative, and they left booties (offered/upon request). I’m very pleased! I would recommend them.
