Ferrara Electrical Construction

My name is Mark H. I currently live in Sunrise Lake Community. Over the past few months I've had a New panel box put in, 4 Mini split Units and so much more. This is All thanks to Joe over at Ferrara Electrical. He shows up on time and and in an orderly fashion. But there is one main reason i continue to call him back to my house and recommend him to others and that is... The pride he takes in his work. Never have I saw a gentleman go above and beyond and do the next right thing by others. Also the two other guys he has working for him truly show what it means to be a team. We closed on a house on a Friday and by Monday a storm blew through and tore the pole with wires from our house and damaged the meter box. We didn’t find out until that Thursday. Joe Ferrara was recommended to me and even though was dealing with many customers with the same problem was able to take care of us within a few days and had the inspector out 45 minutes later after explaining we had no other source of heat. Fair prices, prompt and courteous service, and was super efficient with the repairs. Being new to the area, it’s always a concern if you are calling a reputable company. No more worries with any future electrical concerns! Could not recommend more!

no worth it. called them and set up an appointment a month in advance. they never showed and never called me to cancel. i called them the day of appointment and they never returned my call. find someone else - not reliable company. no business ethics. its fine if you dont take new customers just tell that you dont. i could have find someone else.

Had a great experience with Joe Ferrara who came out for an emergency electrical problem on a Saturday. Joe was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend his services. Thank you Joe.
