Ferrell's Air Conditioning & Heating

The technicians were courteous, explained everything clearly without any jargon overload, and left my place spotless after the job was done. Had issues with my HVAC system recently. One of our units stopped working all together. A quick call to Ferrell’s and a couple hours later, we were back to normal! The team was very helpful and professional. Amazing communication, response time and pricing! Highly recommend

We have had Ferrels come out about three times. And each time they have, they’ve been amazing! I can’t recall everyone’s names but they’ve been very helpful! We had a whole new ac replaced. Came on the hottest day. Another time is, our ac thermostat was outdated and we had to get that replaced. Lastly, (hopefully) we had issues with our “very outdated” furnace not blowing out the air. Each time they’ve been able to help us. We’re very thankful for this company! And it’s not far down the road from us. :)

I had a great experience with Ferrell's Air and Heating. I was having trouble with my furnace and AC unit. At first it looked like it would be a couple weeks, but Heidi found an opening just 2 days out and was able to get their team out to me. Everything is running great now! I had a small billing issue, but again, Heidi came through for me. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely call them the next time I need help with my furnace or AC!
